My name is Dilara Erbay. I am a Turkish chef & food artist and have developed my own cuisine known as abracadabra. Based on fresh, seasonal, natural food, I have been playing with food throughout Turkey and Europe. My cookbook for children has been published in Turkey and represents a challenge to conventional ‘kids’ food and explores alternative, healthy ways for children to eat.
